Automatic SMS from your Samsung

- Install the standard secure build of SMS Gateway for Android on your Samsung.
- Grant SMS sending permission. Turn on Cloud Server and tap Offline to go online.
- Enter the Cloud Server credentials generated by the app below. Save, send yourself a test, then enable automatic SMS.
Keep your phone online with mobile signal and allow the gateway to run in the background. Your SIM sends the texts. Check that your mobile plan allows automated business messaging. Longer messages may use several SMS segments.
SMSGate’s public cloud processes the message text and destination number. Your gateway credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown to customers. Do not post your password in chat.
Latest SMS updates
Pending means the gateway accepted the text, not that it was delivered. Check status for delivery updates. If a submission is uncertain, it is not resent automatically to avoid duplicates. Pausing stops new submissions; texts already accepted by the gateway must be managed in its app.

Browse by appointment date. Completed and cancelled bookings move here immediately.
Earnings & upcoming work
Amounts include quoted travel and exclude declined tuning. These are booking values before expenses, not profit. Payments received count services marked paid on confirmed or completed bookings and non-refundable deposits retained on cancelled bookings. Refunds due are shown separately.
Customer availability
Select a date, choose your hours, then save your availability. Green dates have open hours. Booking counts show existing appointments. All times are UK time.
Open hoursClosed / not opened
Earliest departure from base: 9 am. Work must finish by 7 pm; no return-to-base deadline. Opening an earlier window does not allow an earlier departure. Closing a window stops new requests; existing bookings stay in place.
Payments · Stripe
Customers pay a 10% deposit only after you approve their booking. The rest is due when the job is completed.
Connect or update Stripe
Open Stripe API keys in live mode. A restricted key is recommended: allow Account read and Checkout Sessions write (including read), with Products and Prices write for the checkout’s inline prices. Leave unrelated permissions off.
Your key is encrypted, never returned to the browser, and only used by the server. Connecting does not charge anyone. Complete Stripe’s account verification and bank payout setup first.
Automatic travel · OpenRouteService
Connect your key to calculate road miles, travel fees and time between bookings. Postcode-based times are estimates without live traffic. Saved manual estimates still take priority.
Your key is encrypted and never shown to customers. Routing by OpenRouteService / OpenStreetMap contributors. UK postcode lookup by Postcodes.io.
Private journey estimates
Add checked road time and mileage from ST6 2HZ to each customer and between customers. Allow for traffic when entering minutes. These details are visible only to you. The fee remains £0.60 per one-way road mile from ST6 2HZ, regardless of the previous job. Saved estimates take priority over automatic routes.
Booking management needs your owner account connected before customer details can be viewed.
