Bookings and approval

A booking request is subject to confirmation by JSCustoms. ECU compatibility is checked individually using each vehicle registration. If tuning is declined, remaining approved services can continue at the revised price shown in your booking.

Prices, extras and travel

Prices are in pounds sterling. Main wheel and ECU services qualify for the displayed multi-service discount: 5% for two services, 10% for three, and 20% for four or more. Extras and tuning add-ons stay full price. Discounts are calculated separately for each booking request; the same package and tuning add-ons apply to every car in the selected category. Wheel-extra quantities cover the whole request. Travel is charged separately at £0.60 per one-way road mile from our Stoke-on-Trent base, regardless of the previous appointment. We will agree any change to the quoted work or price before proceeding.

Appointments and access

Departure from our base is from 9 am, UK time. Appointment availability includes the journey to you and between customers, and work must finish by 7 pm. There is no return-to-base deadline. The calendar reserves 3 hours per main service, per car; extras do not add calendar time. Larger requests must be arranged as separate appointments. Arrival and completion times are estimates and depend on travel, weather and vehicle condition. Please provide accurate vehicle and location details and a safe, suitable place to work. Cancellations

The deposit is refundable when you cancel at least 24 hours before the arranged appointment. Within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. No separate cancellation fee applies. Cancel through My bookings or contact us. Eligible refunds are processed by JSCustoms through the original payment method. If JSCustoms cancels your appointment, your deposit is refundable. This policy is subject to your statutory rights.

Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to your booking, it takes priority over this appointment policy. Booking an early appointment does not by itself waive statutory rights. Any request to start work during an applicable cooling-off period and the consequences will be agreed separately before work starts.

Services and vehicle condition

Please tell us about existing damage, previous repairs, faults and modifications. The achievable finish depends on wheel condition and the agreed package. ECU results vary by vehicle and condition; power, torque and economy improvements are not guaranteed. Compatibility and the permitted use of any requested modification must be confirmed before work proceeds.

Payment and problems

After approval, a 10% deposit is payable on the confirmed total, including travel. The deposit counts towards the total price; the remaining balance is payable when the job is completed. Deposit refunds follow the cancellation policy above, subject to your statutory rights. Contact JSCustoms promptly about any problem so we can assess it and agree an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Messages and feedback

Optional customer SMS updates relate to your booking and completed service. Delivery depends on mobile networks. Review submissions publish only your chosen display name, rating and comments; your verification plate and postcode are not displayed publicly.
