We leave our base from 9 am, UK time. Your earliest appointment depends on travel time to your postcode. Jobs must finish by 7 pm; the booking calendar shows suitable times on open dates.

The calendar reserves 3 hours per service, per car: wheels plus tuning on one car reserves 6 hours. Add-ons do not add extra calendar time. Requests that cannot fit into one day need separate appointments; contact us to arrange these.

No. Your request holds the selected time while JSCustoms reviews it. Your appointment is confirmed once it is approved.

Compatibility must be checked first. Provide the registration of every car selected for tuning so JSCustoms can personally review it.

Travel costs £0.60 per one-way road mile from our Stoke-on-Trent base to your postcode, even when we travel from another customer. You see the travel fee; route miles and journey times stay private.

No payment is taken when you request an appointment. After approval, pay a 10% deposit on the confirmed total, including travel, through My bookings. The remaining balance is due when the job is completed.

Go to My bookings and find your appointment using the primary registration plate and appointment postcode. The deposit is refundable when you cancel at least 24 hours before the arranged appointment. Within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. No separate cancellation fee applies. Once the appointment has started, contact JSCustoms.

Main services receive 5% off for two services, 10% for three, and 20% for four or more. One wheel package or tune on one car counts as one service. Extras, tuning add-ons and travel are full price. Larger requests may need separate appointments; each request is priced separately.

We check travel from our base for the first booking, and between customers for later bookings. All work must finish by 7 pm, with no requirement to return to base by then. Journey times are postcode-based estimates without live traffic or an extra delay buffer. Only dates opened by JSCustoms can be booked.

Eligible refunds are processed by JSCustoms through the original payment method. The website shows when a refund is due; cancelling does not immediately transfer the money. Your statutory rights take priority over the appointment policy.
